MoU   view as chat

A Memorandum of Understanding is a document to define and agree on some fundamental objectives for the event, and split the responsibilities. An MoU is not a contract, and does not have the same legally binding function, but it does provide a more formal agreement than simple discussion documents. It also forces the organisers to clearly analyse and define their roles, which is an important aspect of the planning process.

Attached is the final draft version of MoU that was prepared for the Africa Source 2 event.
