Phi: We need to discuss the purpose of this page (do we need it?)

• Hinde tried setting up a more detailed time planning tool, but found that it ended up being too much work to constantly update. Source events change constantly during planning, they need flexibility -- also in the planning tools.
  
  A template (Excel) was created for Asia Source, but not used, because all the details were in the head of the Project Manager (Hinde).
  
• Does it make sense to use this? Should we consider creating a template for an open source project management application? Should we set up a basecamp/wiki template/project management?
• Does it make sense to have this section separate from Work Plan.
